Midea CAC can provide most comprehenseive sales and after-sales systems.Technical training is to develop product and service expertise 4 sessions per year, totally 29 sessions have been held since 2004. Customized training is also available.

GLOBAL TECHNICAL TRAINING is a professional training platform for all technical engineers. The technical training includes project design training and product application training such as installation and operation. After-sales service training focuses on trouble shooting and repair .

 

Every year four global training sessions are arranged in China. For all our customers in different countries and regions, Midea CAC also provides an on-site training service by dispatching professional technical engineers.By 2017, there were 550+ R&D engineers in Midea CAC.

 

Annual R&D investment accounts for 4% of division sales revenue. Midea CAC testing center has 161 various types of labs, and about 100 million USD has been invested in labs and equipment. The testing results have been granted with CCEE, UL, CSA, CB, CE, GS safety certifications and acknowledged by 35 international authorities.

Midea CAC has implemented about 20 oveaseas training centers and 20 overseas spare parts centers to serve local customers.Regional training centers help the customers to cultivate the qualified engineer team and display the product applications. Overseas spare parts network aims at providing quicker and better spare parts service to satsify the customer needs.
