Interns are a crucial part of Midea Group. Whether you join the winter/summer internship program or the paid internship program during the school year, you will have the opportunity to go to various departments of the company to participate in important projects.

Joining the summer internship program, you will have an opportunity to participate in the overall training program for our graduates. There are various online training courses, off-line city activities, a whole week group training camp, and an on-site practice with one-to-one tutoring by mentors. Most importantly, a large number of offers will be released in advance throughout your internship.

For those who can not join during the summer holiday, we also provide regular internship opportunities. Though onsite practice occurs for no less than one month, you will learn about our workflow and corporate culture from the perspectives of our employees. Your excellent performance will probably win a job offer in advance.
